You can Be a Spell Casting Psychic

By Simon Lingy

Augers were some of the most influential people in the ancient world, particularly in the regions surrounding Italy during the time of Etruria and then Rome. The augur served a critical role in these societies, as it was his job to interpret the will of the gods and serve as a conduit to reveal that will to rulers and commoners alike. Legend has it that the city of Rome was only founded after the augurs had been consulted to ensure that the location chosen would please the gods. As the Roman historian Livy wrote, "This city was founded only after taking the divination" - in other words, a psychic reading of the will of the gods.

Tarot cards originated as playing cards for games in the Middle East. They then spread to Europe in the 14th century and took on features of the occult, namely divination (or seeing into the future). The number of cards in a deck varies, but they typically have numbers with illustrations and symbols representing the concept of the card. These are then typically grouped into two types: Minor and Major Arcana. The meaning of the cards can also vary as well. For example, the Sun card typically is interpreted to mean happiness, inspiration, or wealth, while the Death card forebodes dark and ominous happenings for the client. Tarot decks vary in composition, and each psychic may have his or her own variation on the theme.

The augurs maintained their influence in Roman society until the rise of Christianity in the empire brought about general disapproval of their official functions. Nevertheless, augury as a means of determining divine will continued in Europe, and is still an essential part of psychic readings in many of the more primitive areas of the world today. So you may not find this practice to many places in the US, however it is still used across the world today and is still effective as it was back in the day!

Diviners who utilized psychics to obtain psychic readings from the gods did so by analyzing the entrails and organs - particularly the liver - of sacrificial animals. In this process, the animal would be slain on an altar, and then butchered. During the process of butchering it, the diviner would examine the color, size, and shape of the liver, heart, lungs, and gall bladder. After the butchering and psychics were completed, the animal's meat was cooked and eaten in a celebratory sacred meal. This practice was employed by the Roman civilization of the Etruscan, the Hittites, as well as the Babylonians.

Some psychics do tell peoples fortunes, often combined with astrology. A psychic may also use items called Tarot cards to determine ones future or ones personality traits and how they impact their lives. Palmistry " or palm-reading " can reveal certain notions of the future as well as delve into someones character and persona. And of course, there is still the traditional crystal ball method " one that is still a cultural icon of the psychic trade today but one that you wont seen used as much today!
