Did you know that psychics only keep about half or less of the money that you give to them through a psychic network? Yes, most psychic companies take most of the cut. They are paying for advertising, but also raking in huge profits as well. You have to feel sorry for anyone having to talk to people all day long and getting paid just .25 cents a minute. They are basically a cheap and underpaid counselor. Its true that they chose the job, but then again, wouldnt you like to know what goes on behind the scenes of your average psychic network?

The psychic hotline is jam packed with people that have all sorts of mental disorders to include: bipolar, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety and other psychological ailments. However, psychics have managed to give accurate psychic readings to these sorts of people that only professionals are supposed to work with. These mental disorders are not easily dealt with and psychics have to deal with these sorts of issues on a daily basis. Psychics do not hold any sort of bachelor or doctorate degree in anything. There is no law that says that a psychic must hold a license in counseling.
However, psychics are given jobs where they have to council people over the telephone. They are lucky that the law states that a psychic reading is for entertainment purposes only. If it wasnt for the entertainment purposes only law, many psychic companies would be sued for giving clients false hope and bad counseling.
If you are a psychic advisor, then I am sure that you must feel pain at this time of year. You should never blame yourself because a psychic reading is truly for the visionary. Its really meant for people to see what a psychic may be seeing from their perspective. You are a seer and not a counselor. If someone comes to you for counseling, then you may want to tell them that you are only a psychic and that the call is for entertainment purposes only. You must understand that you are not qualified to give someone a live psychic reading online or over the telephone. Its a shame that the psychic industry has changed from just giving someone a simple five minute phone reading to an in depth counseling session where the psychic is dumped on and blamed for the clients issues. If you are a psychic, then you know what I mean. My suggestion is to not let your clients depression get to you in 2009. You have to know when to shut your phone off and when to keep it on. Some clients can be brutal. You must protect yourself with bright light and love.
