A Simple Guide To Star Sign Compatibility

By Hugudy Kimmot

When someone goes on a date and it does not seem right, it is very rare that there are logical reasons. There is a feeling of people not clicking or not having chemistry. One possibility is that they have star sign compatibility.

It is not as simple as someone born on the same day as you. If you read horoscopes you will know the concept that the planets will have an influence on events and people that will equally have a bearing on your relationship. For example Venus is associated with love and affection, while Jupiter is associated with spontaneity.

They are then further divided into different elements, Earth, Water, Fire and Air. Earth and Water are said to be negatively charged, while Air and Fire are said to be positively charged. Compatible elements are said to be more likely to get on. Examples of compatible elements include Fire signs such as Libra or Earth examples such as Capricorn and Virgo.

Alternatively you may choose someone who shares the same element. The zodiac is made up of Earth, Fire, Air and Water. All are said to be either negative or positively charged. If person born from the same element such as an Earth element like Capricorn has a relationship with Virgo then this is known as Trine and will tend to be a long, loving relationship. If a compatible positive element such as an Air like Aquarius gets together with a Fire like Sagittarius then this is known as Sextile. A sextile relationship may be long lasting but may not necessarily be passionate.

By contrast someone with a negative charge having a relationship with someone with a positive charge could find it difficult to maintain long term fulfillment. An example of this would be Aries having a relationship with Cancer.

One thing that complicates star sign compatibility is the influence of the planets. Planets such as Venus can signal the appearance of love in a sign, while Pluto can suggest a rebirth or a new beginning. This is why horoscopes are said to have an influence on a relationship.
