Accessing Akashic Records Using Meditation And Hypnosis

By Paul Robertson

Learning how accessing akashic records is performed you must to begin with realise precisely what and where they are. Many people do not know anything about or have faith in in the akashic records, so developing an understanding is really important.

The name akasha comes from the Sanskrit language meaning space. When you combine the word akasha with our modern word records, we comprehend that akashic records means warehousing of information in some concealed spiritual location. A definition that may be more accessible is that someplace in a dimension beyond the physical cosmos lies an infinite storage of information.

The records are based on five principles, earth, wind, water, air, and fire. The five principles can also stand for the five human senses of sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch. Transcription of information within the akashic field, together with entrance to the records, are guided by the five key elements.

Akasha refers to a place found deep in a non-physical plane of existence, or in simpler more layperson terms in a region of the universe where no physical being has been, or ever will be. The akashic plane is a depositary for each soul's journeying and experiences. In fact the data in these realms contains everything that ever has happened or could materialize, including feelings and experiences. It has also been referred to as the Book of Life, Universal Mind or Cosmic Mind.

The material can be accessed through the subconscious mind either through dreams or profound meditation. Many people used to wrongly believe that the records had to be read by people with a reputation for psychic abilities. Nonetheless, contrary to that notion the simple truth of the matter is anyone can access their own akashic records.

All of this information is typically beyond people's awareness but it can be retrieved or recalled via the subconscious doorway using meditative or hypnotic techniques. The beginning point for all such techniques is to be calm and relaxed.

You may think the akasha is not real or there is no way all this data can be stored somewhere. But don't get taken in by them, just continue with your research and training and don't take any notice. Recall that our brains gather, store and release information in a similar manner to a computer. But in fact much of our material is stored beyond the physical brain, in the akashic realms. It can be stored and retrieved at a later point in time just like the information on the chip.
