Deciphering Psychic Dreams with the 5-Step Dream Yoga Formula

Not many people are aware that dreams have psychic significance. Although there are times that we can hardly make sense out of our dreams, truth is, every dream is significantly connected to our lives. Through our dreams, our inner psychic side (our subconscious) tries to reach out to our conscious side, to deliver messages. For this reason, it is advisable that we need to understand what our dreams mean. Understanding and realizing what our dreams signify can make us better persons in general.

Dream Yoga: A Meditative Approach to Psychic Dream Interpretation

There are many approaches to psychic dream interpretation. One notable technique is a Yoga method referred to as Dream Yoga. As the name suggests, it is a meditation technique targeted towards enlightenment and understanding on what your dreams convey.

Dreams go by symbolism, so it is not recommended to take everything literally when you read your dreams using your psychic side. In Dream Yoga, representations and figures also are significant. This is because the figures are said to be a representation of one's personality. Here is the very simple method on how psychic dreams can be interpreted through Dream Yoga:

Things you need:

- A notebook (to serve as your dream journal)
- A writing tool (pen, pencil, etc.)
- A tranquil/relaxed/positive environment that can let you to focus while you reflect and meditate as you get in touch with your innate psychic side
- A psychic dream dictionary (not really necessary, but it can help at some situations)


Step 1: As soon as you wake up, go to that tranquil spot you have picked out to meditate in. Empty your mind and link up with the natural psychic in you. When you are set, log everything from your dream in your journal. Make sure to be truthful and very detailed. Remember to place the date on every journal entry you make. You can also use commentary scribbles (bullet points) for any information you might have overlooked after you write your entry.

Step 2: Go through your journal entry, try to connect with your inner psychic self as you do this. Ask yourself, what are your initial impressions or interpretations of that dream -- what can it possibly mean in real life? Write those down as well.

Step 3: After that, try to recall all possible occasions that might have led to that dream and what it indicates. Put those in your journal too.

Step 4: Choose main keywords/symbols/signs from your dream. As you note them down in your journal, write beside each word the relationships or meanings to you and in your life. See how the symbolic symbolism fit together to express a thought or message (you may use a psychic dream dictionary for basis if you wish).

Step 5: To finish the process, it is now time to make use of the message from your dream to real life.

We dream for a reason. The main purpose is that we achieve a whole new level of realization and enlightenment which in turn, will make us grow to be better individuals.
