Mindfulness meditation is an indispensable part of Buddhist and Indian Yoga conventions and since the past couple of years it is making its way into conventional society due to its efficiency in fighting stress and enhancing living standards. According to studies and research, meditation can be beneficial for welfare and performance, augmented immune function, lower blood pressure, and improved cognitive function. As the years have progressed, human endeavour has been to improve the quality of life in areas like medication, technology or social spheres among others.
