Regardless of which interpretative system is applied, we can expect more scandals, lies and deceptions to be revealed involving those in power or those who are seeking power during this cycle. Water related issues involving the weather will also make an impact. This could well be a devastating hurricane season following the assaults from the spring's tornadoes and floods.
This time frame can cause people to be rather befuddled and unable to gather their thoughts or to express them clearly. It will behoove most people to think before they speak as mis-communications can become a problem along with gossip.
Against all of this, the retrograde of Pluto in Capricorn continues to push for change on a global level. The Dark Lord's power to effect transformation through destruction will continue to be felt. The unrest in North Africa may well spread to other parts of the continent. The old order which many people seek to cling to, whether out of fear or uncertainty, will continue to crumble. Importantly, the world view of banking and finance may be drastically altered. This, too, may well result in a realignment and reassessment of who is and who isn't in charge.
Pluto turns direct in September. However, the impact of the next three months will be felt for years beyond the current reverse dance of the Dark Lord. Expect the unexpected and know that transformational changes are coming whether we're ready or not.
